Summer is definitely here, and with it comes all of the great summer activities that I love to take part in. But it is hot as heck here, and even simple tasks like walking the dogs can zap you.
Thankfully a few years ago I was introduced to some wonderful products that keep me healthy and active all year long, but especially during those hot summer months. Advocare is a health and wellness company that makes energy, nutrition and weight loss products that really make a difference in how you feel. Trish Luddy got me started on them a few years ago and I can't imagine going through a summer without my Spark and Rehydrate any more. Spark was introduced this year in a Pink Lemonade flavor that is fantastic, but the Mandarin Orange is still my favorite.
